Wish to publish books as I have in the past.

Created two books for All Japan News, Inc. several years ago and had as few as 100 copies sent to AJN. I would like to do the same with books that I have written and formatted myself, but I have forgotten exactly how I did that for AJN five years ago. I worked with consultants for CreateSpace and I was very satisfied with the result. I am a professional interpreter/translator, so I am researching in advance of the Tokyo Summer Olympics next year.

I've been trying to retrieve my book publishing information

Hello to whom it may concern I've been trying to retrieve all my 1st book publishing information from 2018 from the Create Space website and I haven't been able to login back into the original website I've tried several times and I haven't had any luck so please tell me what I'm doing wrong or what do I need to do about retrieve all my original information Please Help and Thanks in advance!!!

Where are my books

I am unable to order author copies of my book: "The Serpent and The Savior." I log into my account and when I go to my bookshelf, all I get is a 404 error?? I cannot get to the page to order my book. Like Amazon and some of these other companies.. if you lose access to your email address and or forget which one you used for their account. You are screwed. It's almost like they try to do it to you because they don't give you additional means for recovering your account like security questions or other such methods. It's inexcusable Similarly PayPal had $1,600 of my money because I lost track of the email address that I had used for that account and had no access to it it almost seemed impossible for me to get my money. Calls to their escalation departments were useless. it wasn't until after I file complaints with a favorite Federal trade commission, the BBB and one or two other organizations that I was finally able to get my money. All these companies seem to be run by unbelievable jerks at where this sort of thing wouldn't happen make sure that you have good backup for all of your email addresses make sure you have good ways to recover your email address in case you

Hi. I am astonished at the lack of editing in regard to the above books. There are full stops in the middle of sentences as well as many misspellings as well as other grammatical errors. The errors need to be addressed as soon as possible. I hope to hear from you soon.

I don't remember ever setting up an account with Createspace but it says I have and doesn't accept my Amazon password. It doesn't make sense if I set up an account through Amazon (which I don't remember doing) that it won't accept my password. I would like to set up an account. Please confirm how to move forward

Confusion about my royalties not getting to new bank account....

I recently spoke to someone at Create Space, named Ashley. I told her that I have been trying to change the bank, where my royalties are supposed to go, but with no success. She was supposed to get back to me, but she has not so far. The two books I speak of were both published years ago, authored by Beryl Fangue Sauce Stiles &;; Beryl Ann Fangue-- both of which are me, the author. She was supposed to put these accounts under one reference. Since Amazon took over, I have not been able to get any royalties, because I changed bank accounts, and the previous one was closed. Also, I have been unable to even order any books from your company. It has been nothing but confusion for me, and I do wish someone would straighten this out. My number is 770-382-****.

I used to be able to purchase copies of my own book directly from create space at my cost being Im the author and I could contact them by phone to get their assistance whenever I had questions or a problem and they would always help me. Now with them mergering with amazon or kindle or whatever happened I can no longer contact them and cannot access my account that Ive had with them since I became published and absolutely do not know how to purchase my own books for my own endeavors at my cost or even how to purchase them period and although Im not a best seller or even close to that I have had many many people of my connections purchase my books thru Amazon wich was set up by create space and even to this day have never seen one penny from the sales of my book thru any of those entities. And I hope that they do not abandon me . I do not have the means or the abilities to start over. And that just would be honorable of them to not guide me and help me thru this problem. Ive spent all I have to get to this level. So please help. Thankyou
